Just enlarge it to the higher resolution, and right click, save image as.
You should have it then on your computer.

Added some more this morning.
Brochure about the VW R&D test facilities, and a brochure about the ESVW that they built back in the '70's. It looks like a cross between a T-3 and a Dasher.
