Hello everyone!
Great site! This is my first post, but I've been visiting this sites for a couple of weeks. I FINALLY uploaded some pictures of my two 1971 Super Beetles. Hope you like them, feel free to comment!
This one is in pretty good conditions and it runs. Its pretty much stock (except from the carb which the PO installed). It will be used on weekends, and I am planning to get some HP from the stock engine (like maybe 100 HP), and a new steering wheel. |

Now this one is actually my first bug (bought it two weeks earlier than the yellow one). Its also a 1971 Super Beetle, and right now it is in the mechanic for a full preventive check. I am not sure what to do with this one, but probably it will be restored to original status (with white ot light gray interiors). I was able to start it, but it shuts off at idle and in WOT(bad carb? not enought air?)
These are my first VW's, and the only previous car experience I have is working with acuras and hondas (I think my Accord v6 can be spotted in some of the pictures). So any comments or info about my cars will be greatly appreciated! |

Looks great! Looks like youve got some solid cars to work with. The bodies seem pretty straight also...good scores! |

nice cars. i too have a bright yellow 71 super, but yours looks way nicer then mine. i use it mostly as a daily driver (that and the 67). quick question, whats up with the brake pedal on the yellow one? it looks way out of adjustment or something. |
