Short doors, short vents, huge arches, V8, raised lights, I'm sure there must be some hackery in the back light / bumper department too, BUT that thing could be cool. (And nobody say set it on fire/push off a cliff/into a lake etc)

Just needs a more sympathetic radiator treatment that's all. Maybe some better looking bumpers. Oh and....

Just place a big VW sign on the radiator and the radiator is nearly unvisible. Very Happy

It has potential, most of the mods are well done, but the rad and front bumper need throwing over a hedge.

If it was still $750 it would be a blast to go mud plugging with but $4000 is a bit steep.
