Call me crazy, I'd put a real door on it, lay it out on the ground and drive it to camp in. That thing is cool as hell. I think it is the funniest thing I've seen in a while and I would laugh my ass off if I saw it going down the road.

I wonder if it was ever on the road? Not much in the way of headlights or clearance lights for a vehicle that wide.
Or mirrors, or any evidence that they were ever installed.

It doesn't say WHICH factory  Lot's of leg room in the back. Looks like a mid/late '60s mod. Coulda been made from a light roll-over or hit in the rear car. Looks like a lot of boat parts in that top and fiberglass work on the car. It also looks like the top would whip itself to death if you drove it over 20. |

Looks like it has been sprayed with that "rust reformer" stuff you find in rattle cans at the local FLAPS.

It probably handles like a car with no suspension travel and very little traction, but with those skinny assed tires and massive turbo horsepower I bet it'll put on a smoke show off the line. |
