He would probably have no trouble selling it there, for a descent amount too. |

He's pulling the same stunt there, that he was trying to pull here, I was hoping to see an auction where his friends would help him bump up the price old school ebay style, not this buy it now or best offer |

I like the shot of the rear suspension, that shows the rear shocks have been replaced with rods (now bent from the weight of the bus), trying to make it sit at stock height. Guess the heat was bad enough to ruin the torsion bars. _________________ I will never lie, but sometimes the truth changes.

You can see the frame surrounding the transmission to the left and right is totally bent up and twisted as well. I think the engine likely tipped back and fell on the ground and they jacked it back up to bend it back into place.
That bus is absolute garbage. |

I feel bad for whatever dreamer buys that bus. The new owner is going to be in for a world of hurt when he takes it to a dozen body shops and all of them tell him the bus is not restorable.
I personally would not pay $500 for that bus.
I can smell the burnt rubber and plastic from here. |

He probably already took a big payoff from the insurance company and bought it back for a couple hundred bucks...damn. _________________

I seem to remember that bus being available online at a salvage yard about six months ago. I think it was discussed here at the time. |

That thing got fried. It looks like the left skylight window roof section got so hot its now sagging.

im sure if that bus was a few thousand bucks, it would be snapped up as the next show winning rat rod bus. Like it or not, that burned Thing was a crowd pleaser. Even I thought it was cool (which is not saying much) but I know the builder didnt pay much for it. it was EFF'd too. When it was first built, he said chunks of burned metal was flying off on the freeway.
Hell, look at the 21 window Bullet Bus. That thing was EFF'd too but it was a crowd pleaser everytime.
I think that bus could be driven again with some frame work but it would take an idiot to attempt to restore it. |
