Needed money to get out of another car deal I had. Long story short: I paid a shop big bucks to do work on a 67' Nova SS I had and they did half ass shit and hardly worked on it, After over a year I traded the Bug and Nova to a guy who wanted them for a 67' Chevelle with a 500HP bigblock, billet 20's and so on. Then I sold the Chevelle. So now the wife is happy because I have money to finish all the upgrades on our house. I also wanted to do an older bug, something different, when I first got my 57' there were only about 3 or 4 around. During the year that I started building mine (VW's came back hard over here) and a bunch of guys bought Ovals and shipped them over. I want to do a Split Rag, but there is already a RHD 51' with Crotchcoolers on Airride over here now too Rolling Eyes I'm just waiting until a good deal comes along, then I'll jump on it!
