Joe - that was the Frank Maratta Auto Show in West Springfield, MA. No, I have not finished the custom tow bar, but I do have one to start with. Thanks! Tom _________________ Manxter #16, 1968 Meyers Manx & Kick-Out SS #16 (WIP)

Redoing some wiring on my buggy........again.
Laid it out on a board.
Wrapped it up in some Expandable sleeve.
This is the main engine harness with 10 wires running from front to back.
It includes.......
main power,
main ground,
start solenoid,
coil power,
alternator light,
Low Water level indicator light
Water pump activate light
ECU WI activate,
Electronic boost control,
Intercooler fan control.
Installed and connected to terminal strips mounted on transmission.
This harness is separate from my ECU harness which has another 27 or more wires running to the engine from the ECU.
Also install a switch on my clutch pedal for launch control rev limiting.
Isn't wiring fun!!!! _________________

The motor I intended to use needed more attention than I had time for. Built a new engine and finished it over the weekend.

Just finished spraying and installing the new Tri-Mil Bobcat Sidewinder. Looking forward to hearing it rumble... only 2 spring retainers, and a valve adjustment away.

Wiring for Electronic Boost Control and ECU controlled Water Injection is finished.
It's ready to put the body back on.
Should have it running or close to it by Saturday.... _________________

Installed the Axia Alloys 17" rearview mirror...
Love this thing, couldn't be happier with it.
Cheers,

Picked up my seats few days ago:
They were intended as early Mustang seats but the deminsions were just right.
They recline, allow access to gear in the rear and no bolsters (my a$$ fits).

RAT, I like your oil filter mount - sideways.
SoCal67Volks' mount looks trick with the fancy hoses but is begging to get knocked off. I wonder how much time an engine has if the filter gets dislodged? Nice seat tho' ..not so fancy they fight for your attention.

thanks, I would like to have a vertical oil filter (it's better to fill up when replacing for a new one), but I don't like the hoses that involve the remote filter, I much prefer the oil pump/filter arrangement all in one
my off roading is very limited at this point, so a skid pan is over kill, but would be an easy fit with my bumper as I left it lower than the motor to protect it for impact _________________ Be curious, dismantle it all, reassemble it, go for a ride! |

Got the tires mounted on the widened and powder coated stock rims to match the 10" rears.
