Hi, I'm a long time forum lurker finally posting some pictures of my 54.
It has been off the road since 62, and has been outdoors since then. In the eight years it was driven it logged only 36000 mi. It is now safe and sound inside, and awaiting a mechanical restoration.

You hoser! We remember seeing pictures of that bus a couple years ago, eh. Did you take that bus out of Canada, or is it still there, eh?

It doesn't look like it's been outside for that many years...is it as solid as it looks?

More pics, please!

This is the back yard of the original owner, where it was parked in 1962. It wasn't moved again until 1994 when it was puchased from the estate by owner number two. It was then moved to the country and sat next to his house and used as a place to "relax" from time to time. I purchased it last spring, and plan to get it back on the road soon. it has some rocker rust on the passenger side, ad well as some dogleg rust. I need some side windows, a splashshield, mirror, front floormat, a couple of seat clamps, a domelight. and undoubtedly some mechanical bits to get the brakes and engine working. Before I start parts hunting I will have to see what parts the previous owner still has kicking around. An O.G. paint engine compartment lid is also on my list (mine is dented) but I'm not holidng my breath.

I don't think it was covered. Kintail might have a better idea, I think he new about this bus when I was still in diapers. (The last photo credit is his)

As for the 23 window, It was destined to be cut up, but now I'm having second thoughts.
