Steering clearance part.

Well I finally have my Berrien chassis under my buggy. Although not totally done it is enough to test drive. During front suspension compression the tie rods hit the upper round tube. I have seen somewhere someone makes something to move the tie rods to the other side of the pitman arm and spindle arm. Not quite sure how this works unless you drill the tapered holes and the part goes in from the other direction and it provides the taper. Anyway the question is where do I get those things? I have searched and can't find them.
