what would be the correct order to remove the water-drain-bucket next to the windshield? Has the wipermotor to come out too? Any good replacement part regarding the seal?

Wiper motor has to come out first. As for seals, try hardware store weatherstrip.

Before messing with the wiper motor, be sure and disconnect the battery. I saw a guy loose the tip of a finger when he moved the wiper shafts while his hand was in there.
