I have to give props to German Supply... I ordered a few parts on December 22nd or so and got them in the mail by December 28th!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's amazing being as I live in the US AND it was the holiday season. I will say that in the past orders from German Supply have taken 3-6 weeks to get to me - but I was still pleased with the quality and happy to wait for it.
This time though - Wow! _________________ '71 Westy

I ordered a taco plate kit with temp sender from GS and since payment have not had any emails returned. To be fair it is the new year but I don't see anywhere on their site where it says they will be closed over the holiday period.
Here's hoping I don't have a similar experience to people prior to me. My parts have to travel all the way to Australia. |

| I wish I had read the previous posts. Remember BFY? I have over $100 dollars in parts I am still waiting on (been 3 weeks). I called and was told I would be called back on a order and have heard nothing. This whole thing does not sound good....... |

Just received a package of parts I ordered for my 79 Bay from Scott.
Excellent service to the extent that he realized I'd ordered a wrong-year part and contacted me to confirm what I wanted. Parts were sent by air and have just been delivered by USPS - 2 days after sending form Ontario to UT.
Excellent service - I'll use him again (although I may need to check which card I use as Wells Fargo charge me for a foreign transaction) _________________ Ben

I love German Supply, Scott has always provided top grade parts and knowledge. Shipping is very fast more times than not. Things always can happen with shipping exspecially when we want it next day or super fast. My only suggestion if you want your items fast give a call to place your order to express your need, that way if there is a delay you the customer would be well aware of the situation.
The VW communtiy is grateful to have such a great shop like German Supply to get there VW part from. thank you Scott _________________ Special Thanks to:

I am in the same boat with some of these others. I ordered a few parts on December 29, 2011 and still have not received my parts or any news/updates on my parts. I try to call and e-mail with no response. I do not know what is going on over there, but my recommendation is to not buy from them. Regardless of what is going on, customers should at least be updated or some form of communication given.

I placed an order with Scott last week and I received the item today. I've ordered from him in the past and have had no issues. Besides, where else can you find a NOS Eberspacher fuel pump??! _________________ JP

| Long story short, waited over a month, credit card was charged to, no parts or communication, credit card company refunded charge. I will not buy from again and would not recommend. |

I placed an order with Scott on Jan 12, 2012. I've emailed many times and called 3 times. It is a $196 order....I am a 61 year old enthusiast living on a pension. Why do I have to suffer like this. Patience has not been rewarded! Larry _________________ 1980 Westy

I have ordered from Germansupply 3 times. First for the fuel line kit. It took a long time to get to me. That was the first time I ever used Germansupply and didn't realize how small an operation it was.
I then ordered a fuel filler hose and it got to my house in less than a week. I was shocked. I then decided to try them again and ordered a fuel vent line kit and charcoal filter line kit on April 19th 2012. Credit card charged and I'm still without the parts.
I like the products but if you use Germansupply be aware that you may be waiting a long time for the parts. I have emailed them and if I don't hear something soon I will take it up with my credit card company.
I would and will only use germansupply when I don't need the part anytime soon and I can't get the part somewhere else.
EDIT: I just got the order in the mail today, May 23 2012. Like I said. If you're not in a hurry go with germansupply. Good products but sometimes it can take awhile to get them. _________________ 1978 Delux Campmobile

I have ordered from GS about 20 times....Scott always delivers quality parts...sometimes you have to wait, sometimes you don't. I don't use my bus as my daily driver so I don't sweat the wait too much...I know that when the parts arrive they will be what I ordered. _________________ 1972 Westy ("Bubbles") - Pastel White - 1700(1974 MT) - Dual Solex |

I have also order from him too. Spoken to him on the phone. Matter of fact, ordered from him for years while living in different locations. That's why I was devastated when he kept my 2 grand order on hold for 4 months with no contact and no money back. I even tried to contact him after the fact and say, "hey Scott what happened" and got nothing.
Now I'm pissed because I would like to use them but don't dare send in my money.

I've had no luck contacting Scott over at German Supply for the past five weeks. I'm a long time customer and this is not like him at all. No returned phone calls, no returned emails. No acknowledgment of a sizable order and of course, no merchandise.
Is he okay? |

He emailed me a month ago and asked if I had ever received my refund. I just filed with Visa and got it back many, many months ago. I didn't bother with German Supply. It was kinda out of the blue but very nice. If you look at his profile you can see somebody using it was on here Last Visited: July 10, 2012

| I see that. I'm glad you got your money back. I paid through a debit card, so it's cash out of my account at this point. I'll have to complain to my bank tomorrow or I miss a deadline that applies to debit cards. |

I want to let everyone know my merchandise was delivered a few weeks after this post. Scott apologized and I accept it.
