MrWhite, cheap does not nessesarily mean good. I purchased some "cheap" metal from WW and I was very disappointed with both the fit and thickness. Thankfully I only bought one piece and finally listened to samba members and bought Gerson Funky green metal for the rest of my bus.

The AC (Auto Craft) stuff is good stuff, some would argue better than Gerson's but most would agree they are similar in quality. There is a thread debating this so lets leave that there.

Curious why no one has jumped on this?
Seems like a cool ride, good price, minimal tinkering for a daily driver...

True, for a non-stock enthusiast I figured it would have been sold by now. Being a splitty and all. Don't usually see em' that cheap.

That one has been on here and eBay for a while. It has a type 3 motor that sticks out beyond what would have been the rear sheet metal. The flatbed extends past the back of the engine. There is no engine access hatch so regular maintenance would be a large pain. There is a treasure chest but no doors.
I have looked and considered and tried to figure a way for this one to work for me. At $5,500 I also am surprised that it has not sold

That's a smokin' deal; The last gallon I bought at NAPA was over 30 bucks.

All of the OSH stores are reducing the amount of auto parts they used to stock, I picked up 5 1gal 80/90 for $1 each!!! I went back to get the rest and they told me they were not supposed to sell them for $1 and raised the price to $3 so I bought the rest they had in stock. Since I am rebuilding a old 4x4 suburban all that gear lube came in handy!!

BTW I also got 10 tubes of grease gun cartrages for $2 each as well, I now check every time I go by and come out with some deals. Yesterday they had Valvoline motorcycle oil for $2 a quart, again took all they had.

100 bucks? damn that's almost free.

Looks like it could be a fairly solid bus from what you can see
