So you posted your own ad in the Official Good Deal Thread? Kind of tacky.

You name should to be "Dr. Obvious" I don't think I would call it tacky I think I would call it more like trying to promote don't knock a guy for trying

Nope, he's right, its tacky, sort of like calling yourself a genius.

If you are trying to promote your product, pay for a featured ad and support the site. Don't try to slip your own product into a thread unless it is relevant. You think it is a deal since you set the price. Like I said, tacky.

Gotta be a scam. This is priced $15-20k low. If not, somebody is gonna get a deal.

Yeah, it does seem like it could potentially be a scam. Better check it out in person if you're interested. A first time poster listed it.

I agree it's a little tacky, but the tools are very cool. I already made my own years ago, or I would likely buy a set.

The wrenches are sweet! And I would NEVER have checked the featured ads to find them, so posting them here is a good idea.

I think they are a good idea, and a deal, so I'll post it here for you.

(I like how they stack as well).

Those wrenches are cool but don't most people update to pinch nuts now?

I ordered a set!

As for 'supporting the site', I think Brian is supporting it just fine. He is making products for the buses we love. These products help support the secondary parts market and he makes some great things (own a BD prop rod, it's nice!). Where else can you get this stuff?

The ads are fine, but when a new product comes out, I think it's also fine to 'advertise' it here. I hardly go through the parts ads (too many) but I always check this thread. It's also how I found out about Concept1's cool parts.

The more these parts makers advertise, the more parts are sold and in turn they can make even more parts for us! What's the harm?

'Tacky' is telling someone not do do something, then turn around and do nothing (posting on the internet is nothing). Also #meta

Only for 64-67 buses. Early spindles still need the double nut setup.

That is a new one to me. I was thinking of the bay window clamps that fit late splits. Nice to see that Ronnie stepped up to the plate, or at least his supplier did.
