I have a '77 type 2 and my dash clock stopped working Sad Does anybody know if these things are easy to fix, or shouldnt I even think about it and start searching for a new one (which are quiet expensive in NL)!

Dpending on which clock you have, it could be a simple fix.
If you have the non-quartz clock it is usually just a solder joint. I foyu go to Nates aircooled links and search kienzl you can see how easy.

that's a good article that explains it well. I would avoid spraying the movement with Liquid Wrench though.
