I bought a radio from Mike, it was exactly like the ad stated. In great condition.
Email communication was good and shipping was fast.

So far, not so good...
I bought a pair of front seats for a '66 bug from Mike. I needed these to be correct for the car and have the seat release handles. All communication was great during the sale and everything arrived as promised with one BIG exception.
The release handle on the passenger side was broken. Nothing was ever mentioned about this, nor was it noted in the ad. I paid what I thought was a little more then market value for a complete set of well used front seats. The upolstery was worn and torn as expected, I will be cleaning the seat frames up and re-doing them anyway so that is not an issue. But the handle is a big problem for me.
Mike had to dissassemble the seats and send the backs in one box and the seat bottoms in another and claims he didn't see that the handle was broken.
I've sent a picture to him of the broken handle and he said that he will try and find one and send it to me. I've sent him a couple of emails since this with no response for about two weeks. Like I said, the communication was great up to this point.
I hope he comes through for me. _________________ Tehachapi, CA

He took care of it! I would absolutely recommend Mike as a seller. He stood behind what he sold. He did not have a handle but bought one from another guy and had him send it directly to me.
Thanks Mike!!! _________________ Tehachapi, CA

So far not so good, I bought a "refurbished radio" from mike. cost me $300 including $50 postage so it wasnt cheap, he was very quick replying to emails when I was about to buy.
It arrived well packed but the tuning knob was cracked and by the looks of it ( it was dirty inside the crack) it had been for a while.
I sent Mike a post and he replied a week later saying he would replace the knob if I paid the postage, that was on the 12 of February. I said I would .
Since then I have sent 3 emails on the 12th, 18th, and 28th still had no reply, he has posted items for sale on here over those days and this week, but still no reply.
Quick to take the money but not to fix the problem.

Still not heard from him.
This is the problem international buyers face.
Some sellers, not all , seem to think that as we are so far away they can rip us off.

6 weeks and still no joy.
Buyer beware with this seller, quick to answer when he wants the money but wont reply when there is a problem

Still waiting for my knobs to replace the cracked ones on a supposedly "refurbished radio"
Hes quick to answer when hes selling but when you complain ,he takes over 4 weeks before he responds , he ends a mail saying he will send me some replacements , so from February to now, still nothing
Guess I was an easy mark being so far away.
BUYER BEWARE

He was on here yesterday advertising more "refurbished" radios, hope they are not like the crap he sent me??
He has a number of adverts on at the moment.
Mind you as I mentioned if your overseas he wont respond to you, just takes your money.
