Does anyone have any pictures of where the charcoal canister hose connects to the fan shroud? That specific hose on my was duct taped off and I can't find any connection point on the shroud for it. The only thing close is a hole in the upper left corner that's been capped. Would this be the right place and, if so, what type of nipple/connector should be here for the hose to attach to?

That's exactly where it connects. There should already be a nipple built in. Just slide the hose right on and your good to go.

There should be a nipple in the cooling tin by number 2 cylinder. the hose connects to that.

77 is on the left end of the fan housing [unless someone put a A/C compressor there].

78/79 is on the cylinder tin by #2 cylinder.

I'd like to resurrect this thread for a little more info... so from the fan shroud, does the hose go into the top or bottom of the charcoal canister?

Or, if I don't have FI, top hose to carbs, correct? Would it be a big deal to go to only one carb?
