These were taken on a recent one night quick trip within a half hour of home. The saturday night of the recent Perseid meteor showers.

We had a great open spot atop the hill and saw some brilliant displays.

Just outside Eureka Springs, Arkansas, this past weekend. Part of our road trip from Fort Worth, Texas, and back.

EDIT
Here's one from the same trip that my daughter took with her camera. And yes, those are BF Goodrich All-Terrains on there, and I love 'em. They ride good, handle even better, and don't make noise like I thought they would.

Every time I see your bus I cry a little Troy. I aspire to Sierra Yellow '72 greatness just like you have there. I covet thy bay. Smile

Is there camping along Davis Lake, or do you have some property there? My Mo-in-law has a cabin on the lake that might possibly in the background of your first photo.
