I brought home this '64 11w walk thru last night thanks to a tip from a local member.
It had been sitting in the same spot since about 1980. No engine, trans or title but does have the front seats! Mcodes are 426 081 082 114 a couple of those seem to be odd or unknown? _________________ '70 ghia

Does it have cargo mounts for a short middle seat ??
All the other M codes seem common.
Nice score !! Is it a keeper ?? _________________ Tom

I havent dug into it that far yet. And the guy who turned me onto it wants the seats for the '64 i sold him a year ago. It's far too rusty for my skills so it will be sold or parted. That and the fact that i already have 4 splits that are keepers. _________________ '70 ghia

Looks like the right frame to me - '64-66 full width. Wrong color maybe, can't tell. |

Yes! Has the middle & rear seats. Not original middle seat, but considering re-covering both in Platinum Mesh from TMI or WW. They'll go into St.Pete my 13w being redone to mostly original specs. _________________ BreckSkier

I agree.
It looks Como Green to me so wrong color but just needs a recover. |
Not sure if Everett can make a recommendation, but anyone prefer WolfsburgW or TMI covers for these benches and front seats…? Also interior panels? … I guess I should ask about preferences headliners too? _________________ BreckSkier

like I said, wrong seat(upholstery) which means it came out of another bus. I would also be very surprised to see a bus in that condition have its original seat..but who knows!! _________________ drive your split. |
