House of Ghia is a stand up company with parts that work. I just used their chrome accepting front glass seal as was pleased to see that they actually make a seal that accommodates the factory grippers . For so many years we were forced to remove them because the seals did not room for them.
The seal installed nicely and the re pop trims fit well and asides for straight and having to gently shape them as you installed them they worked great.
My only comment fro improvement Is that this customer who has bought a ton of parts for his restoration was not offered the joiner clips at the point of sale. Now to be honest I do not know if it was a phone order or if ordered on line, I just see too much of small items not being included or the sales team or on line catalog not suggesting that it is needed. While I as much as anyone hate being up sold ,but when it is a needed part and you may be forced to put a used part against something or having to come back to it at a later date.
I would love some feedback on this and only mention it to help people
who have a love or want but do not have the intimate knowledge of a more seasoned hobbyist or professional.

I would love to give you some feedback on this. Can you PM me with the customer info so I can look into it? _________________ House of Ghia specializing in Karmann Ghia parts, service, and restorations. www.house-of-ghia.com |

I received the customer details and it was determined that the customer bought the trim sets from another supplier....I thought that might be the case as we typically sell the trim sets with clips included unless the customer requests the trim only. _________________ House of Ghia specializing in Karmann Ghia parts, service, and restorations. www.house-of-ghia.com |

As stated above . My customer told me that he had bought all of the parts from House of Ghia and after a little investigation . He only ordered part of
the order from them and the rest else where.
So 2 thumbs up for House of Ghia for quality parts and for quick response .

Mike and Chris at HOG have been the best people I've ever had the pleasure of doing businss with on a car restoration. They will be honest about the quality, fit and finish of what they sell, and don't bs you like one of their So.Cal. competitors. |

Can't say enuf about Mike! He helped me locate a very nice, mostly original, Ghia coupe very reminescent of the first new car I owned. He drove to Portland, inspected, photographed and reported back to me for a VERY REASONABLE fee. The car arrived a couple of weeks ago and I am very happy with it, and with Mike's services.

Very positive feedback here for House of Ghia. I bought some rear window defogger grommets from them.
Fast communications led to a speedy PayPal payment. The parts then arrived here in the UK really quickly and safely, well packed and exactly as pictured and described, with good honest international postage rates.
I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Thanks. _________________ 1965 Type 1 Deluxe (1200cc)

I recently ordered a tan covered dash for my '69...fit/finish was excellent...and it came within 2 days of ordering. So happy!
Here's a pic of the product installed.
