I made my first long distance road trip with my new speedo this weekend and its radically off (maybe 10-15 mph) how do I calibarate it? Is there a screw? or do I replace the gear like an American car

I used my GPS to get the proper speed. Took the speedo out afterwards. There is a wheel inside that rotates, you can break off the tab that allows attachment of the cruise control module. Move the wheel to your recorded speed indicated, hold the position with your finger in the hole. Then pull off the needle and reposition it to the gps speed. Do not let go of the wheel while you are moving the needle, it is spring loaded. This works just fine for me. Or you can send it to a speed shop where they charge you money and adjust the spring tension.
