Hello !
This is my first post in the samba forum, so i am not sure, if everything comes out correct .
I own a small collection of three vintage Volkswagen,
Typ 11 in light bronze from 1958, Typ 15 Police standard convertible from 1953 (Zwitter), Typ 82 Kübelwagen from 1944.
In this post i try to upload some pictutes of my Typ15
Greetings

Finally got my wheels powdercoated. These were taken after my drive back from the VW Harvest Show in Texas. April 1951 Deluxe

Installed a fresh battery and drove mine around today for the first time in over a year.

Hi! Here are some pictures of my 1950/1951 split (yep, it´s a combination of both) for those who have not seen it yet
As it was found in september 2012
Pictures from Swedish vintage car magazine Classic Motor. Then, with non correct oval fenders
Some dents in the roof...
The last three pictures shows it with it´s original split fenders that I was lucky to buy from a friend called Gunnar, in november. He bought them when my car was sold off in parts about a couple of years ago.
I know that he sold the front bonnet, and the engine lid to an Englishman namned "Dave". I would be very happy if he still does have the parts from my car and if he would like to sell them!
Greetings from Sweden |

This is badass! I love it!
Great build from total scrap, the patina is pretty mad. Shame the lids aren't original, but hey at least they're not bright yellow!
Stay the course! Thanks for sharing this |

Thanks all you people!
bandi: Naaah, it´s just nice with some dents in the roof! My 1958 type 1, previously used as a daily driver (I still got it, but I don´t use it anymore) had some dents in the roof after some children that thought it was fun to jump on an old car. Love your zwitter! |

Hey thanks! Hopefully this will be the year I actually get to drive it! My roof had a barn fall on it, the big dent popped out pretty nicely but there's still lots of creasing and smaller dents. _________________ '60 Canadian Standard, '64 Bug, another '64 Bug, '66 Bug, '69 Sunroof Bug, '69 GT3 Bug, '71 Super, '72 Super, '73 Canadian Custom, '74 Love Bug, '83 Mexi Bug, '85 Cabrio, '94 Mexi Bug, '99 New Beetle, '02 New Beetle Turbo S, '03 New Beetle VR6.
