...kylin & jmccarr56 are still looking into who owns the rights to what. Interesting to note that both parties just joined the Samba in December, 6 days apart.

Good Luck!

It's been a long time since your post about finding the information about the Magnum GT windshield donor car. Do you have the information?

I'm watching the forum to see what the plan is for all the parts you have. I would certainly be interested in some of those if you decide to make them available.

How much planning do you have to do to answer what windshield glass the Magnum uses?

I heard Porsche 911 but I can't verify that. Confused

glass used in the magnum's is that big of a secret? (valuable info).

I always thought the idea of a forum was to share info and ideas?

the guy is only asking about the windshield glass....glass that was used on previous builds.

I am also interested in the magnum (I own a kelmark). After a lot of searching etc the only lead that I found was that the molds were destroyed in a garage fire.

I have been watching this thread 'unravel' for months.........I hope this isn't just a hoax.

I've been told that the Kelmark GT used a Pinto windshield.

I was thinking the exact same thing.

And yes, the Kelmark, Karma and Fierro all used Pinto / Bobcat windshields.

The Kelmark used the rear windows from this -

Fierro also used Pinto (and I would suppose Bobcat) doors.

we also have all of the papers detailing the build with 2 complete cars so if there is any question we can answer it

Apparently he didn't mean it. Or, "can" is not equivalent to "will".

This is a discussion forum. Participate in the discussion and you might find a few more folks interested in your beautiful and unusual but not at all expensive or exclusive VW kit cars....but just a few. Sharing info on what commercially available glass is used wont threaten your business's plans. Posting evasive non-answers to inquiries from the very few who own these cars and are enthusiasts, might.
