Looking for the name and where to get this part

Talked to my VW guy and he didn't know the name of the piece missing on my sliding door hinge, so I want to ask you guys. The first picture is what's missing, the second is obviously the little piece that is missing and making my sliding door a living hell right now.

Any help?
