Disc brakes in front 74 Thing

Hi, what are my options in doing front disc brakes on my 74 thing?
Will the ghia disc brakes work or do I need an aftermarket?
Let me hear from you guys, I need the help!

I used the caliper adapter from Things Unlimited, got two sets when they were still shipping items. all the rest is stock Ghia, I think its the easiest way to go, and should you ever want to go back to stock its an easy swap. Hope this helps
