Just wondering if we will ever get a General for sale section here at the samba? Non VW items to help pay for our VW items...
Would anyone elso out there like this?
Maybe make it so you would have to have at least 50 posts in the forum to detur outsiders from coming in and random posting 
Anyone think we could use this? |

More of an inside barter place to sell or trade non-VW items.
And hell, you might get a kick out of some of the things sold.

craigslist is nothing but a bad deal, tried it and now get spamed all the time cause of it. I'd stay clear of that site-plenty of scams there. Also did not bring me any leads.
And not enough people seem to check out yahoo auctions.
Just wondering if this was a sticky in the classifieds section if it might get more attn.
Guess everything will have to say Trade for VW parts or $ |

You just answered your own question. Either have a garage sale or put it in the local bargain trader. It's a VW site for a reason.
Better yet, just haul your old crap to the curb. Problem solved.

We monitor the trades category pretty closely, if it appears people are abusing it by "selling" non-VW items, we eliminate their ads.
