I finally got everything running pretty good. Combination of timing and carb tuning. The pict 34 runs smooth but I think I want a little more power. I guess I am going to look at a dual carb setup.

btw...how is that new mill of yours warming up now that is turning colder?
Notice a difference over stock with no flappers or stat?

Takes a few cranks when cold, but warms up fast. Surprisingly good throttle response even before fully warmed up. I do, however, miss the choke.
