Right- and rust-through at the hinges is no big deal... I guess until the door falls off.

Another wannabe flipper. His wife is 'loosing' her job and that car is as low-buck a restoration as any $6k hardtop out there. I agree- far short of anyone's dream- he's trying to cash in on Disneyherbie's wake of Turkis heaven.

Applause 15k? A done up (one year only) 67 isn't worth that even restored original! I've seen this car in person and have drivin it partially before. In my eyes i only see it around $7500-8000... Way over priced! Thoughts?

but if you look at the pic of the odometer it says 30758 Laughing

I wonder also where they get these crazy insane prices.
Being this one is in CA and there is a bad drought, could it be lack of hydration affecting the brain?

If that car has only 30k on it then my balls must be around 12. She's had it for nearly 20 years, but she just noticed the armrest went missing? Probably sitting next the oil filler cap at the gas station (AM/PM pump 6) back in 1995.

While I think the ad could be clearer I don't believe they are saying these are the original miles, only reporting what the odometer says.

They got a lot of emails asking if the price was supposed to be $1500. Smile

I agree- it's got a long way to go before it is investment fodder again. Right now, it's enjoying its only shot at successful divestment.

I think I like his sunroof ad better even if they were the same price still too much though.
