People think '67's are hard to find too, there's a few in the $20,000 range which seems insane to me. I love Vw's, but you won't catch me spending $20,000 on a plain old stock '67 bug, it better have a Gene Berg 5 speed and a bad ass 2 liter in it for that much money. |

He must mean that the restoration was completed Sept 1994, not 2014. With that interior, it has to be a typo. |

I really wish the car ads weren't free. A simple listing fee of $20 would prevent cars like that ^^^ from ever making the funny papers.
Also, the simple requirement that a seller be a registered user of this site for 6 months before being allowed to place an ad would filter out most of the grossasaurus beetles. _________________

But then this thread would get boring! I really enjoy looking at the crap all in one place!!
Maybe they should have to be a member for at least 30 days and have at least 20 posts would help. _________________ View my 66 build thread here: http://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewtopic.php?t=507996 |

Why are people constantly misusing the term "Cal-Look"? Apparently this guy has no clue what Cal-Look means and he has no idea that the term "Cal-Look" isn't going to help the sale of this car.....lol

You're in California "cal". And he got you to "look". Maybe that's what he meant. Probably not, but it makes more sense than calling that car "Cal-look" |

Depends on what you mean by molested. It appears to be surprisingly intact though, with a lot of body damage and who knows what kind of rust. |

that would make a nice little project- price is right. If I was closer, it'd be in my garage being taken apart right now _________________ John

I'll bet that the rear damage is from pulling it out of it's resting spot or winching it up on the trailer. I'd pay $0 for it too! |
