While not as cool as these older toys you guys always seem to find, even though I am always looking. I have been collecting a size able number of the newer cars. Mainly How Wheels and Matchbox. I grab all VW and Porsche and any other car that I like.
Last weeks find. Though you can't tell in this picture, it is a early split window bug turned racecar.

I hope he/she is careful with toys, because that Matchbox camper and the Microracer look pretty clean. _________________ We are striving for perfection, to make our cars run forever, if possible.

Picked up some toys today at a show. One of particular interest is he Bandai Transformer about three inches long and turns into robot. How rare are these ?
Also there was a Large transformer about 10" long made in Japan that turned into a drag racer, it was a bit pricey , by any chance has anyone seen one of those ? value? Thanks Helmut

He's got a couple of the MB campers. We're setting up a Hamilton Print Drawer display shelf for them in a couple of days as need to wipe the wood down from dust and such. _________________ MonT3

I have a Bandai transformer like yours, also well played with. I'll try to get a picture and post it later this week. I've had mine for at least 20 years, which dates these to the 80's or early 90's. Never saw or even knew there was a larger version. |

Going through a box in the garage I found this Hot Wheels Randy's Stuff bug that I bought a long time ago.
Anybody know the story about Randy's Stuff? _________________ Prosit!

No, they were already there. She encourages my collecting. Keeps me out of trouble. _________________ Prosit!

I've done that too, but it's not as much fun as the hunt. I've also just went and bought that one elusive car missing form my set. _________________ Prosit!

Hi,
A couple of days ago I saw a picture of some tin splitbus models (like old type Bandai) somewhere on the internet/social media.
One of these was a very nice model of a palm green sand green microbus.
Does this ring a bell for some of you toy specialists
I would really like to find some more info on it so I can add it to my wish list.
Thanks!

Sneak peek photos of an upcoming episode of Fun with Hacksaw BoB.
This is an Arnold split window project I've been bringing back to life, soon to be headed to Arizona for a rendezvous with Mr. Gilmore. And yes, this is the same body before and after!

Wouldn't Blue Baron's vehicle (in the "as found" condition) be better described
as a "Brougham"?

The sunroof was under consideration, but dedicated bodywork won the day. _________________ We are striving for perfection, to make our cars run forever, if possible.
