i have bought a few tools and parts from Rudi over the past year or so. every time communication has been fast, and items have been well packed and shipped promptly after i paid him. i have no problems dealing with him, and if i see he has something i want, i do not hesitate to buy from him.

Just thought I would chime in here... I ordered a carpet set from Rudi for my 68. When the box came, it was missing a couple of pieces. Rudi acted quickly to send out extra carpet and emailed me until he was certain that I was happy. Thanks.
I will buy from this seller again - in fact looking at a horn!

Thought I would also add some feedback, great response time! I actually got the package and was confused because I couldn't think of what it might be.. was very surprised at how fast I recieved it. I highly recommend him, if you have any doubts-- he also seems to have decent prices.

| I have dealt with Rudi off and on for many many yrs well about 15yrs, and he is always a straight shooter kinda guy and a wealth of information also. glad to see him retired and still in the vw community selling his parts. Way to go enjoy them times in arizona!!!!! |

| I bought a powered window regulator from Rudi, but when it arrived, a critical piece was missing, without which the regulator could not be used. When so informed, Rudi offered to pay for the part if purchased from the dealer, but the part was not available individually, only the entire regulator. With Rudi's concurrence, I luckily located another broken regulator for use in scavenging the needed part, and as agreed, rudi reimbursed me for my time and expense. Based on my experience, you can buy from Rudi with confidence. |
