I'll tell ya, I've seen worse but even that makes me sick to look at. That driver well, there's alot of things I could say but for the sake of the forum, I won't. _________________ Yeah I like Herbie AND New Beetles. Got a problem with it? Tough.

My dad was in the insurance business in S Africa back in the 70's- had, on more than one occasion, to payout claims made after a logging truck lost brakes on a hill, the driver jumped out, and the truck just kept going.
I'm guessing the flattened Audi's were on the top of the truck, it rolled, they got flat, and the VW's got trashed as the frame of the carrier went sideways
He had one car damage claim that was classic-
A carrier full of brand new Jaguars crashed, and the VP wrote off the cars. Few days later a bunch of VP's were driving new Jags. Good ol Dad had the cars towed out of the company lot while the guys were at work and consigned back to the dealer to be sold as used to reduce the Ins. Co loss. The VP's were pretty pissed off- a couple had already sold their old cars and had to cab it home. _________________ my59: Well son, my grandfather died before I got to drive it, so does that answer your question?

You can't even find one for sale today..............I'm sure they've all been crushed. _________________ "What a fool believes he sees, no wise man has the power to reason away." Dobee, Dobee, Do |
