pretty when you glance at it, but the more i look at it the more i find wrong.
why would put heater boxes on an engine with a porsche shroud? what happened to the engine bay sheet metal? i also HATE seeing things without the engine protection plates, after all this is supposed to be am "offroad" style thing. use the freakin' engine plates, that's what they are for.
look at the cheesy full flow setup, wormdrive clamps and all. crap.
the proportions of the hartop are also awful, the area behind the window opening is far too heavy. look at the gap line of the hood, how it gets much wider towards the front. the rear behind the wheels is very nicely handled, but the body creases should have continued behind the wheel instead of that expanse of flat metal. tome the styling is partly a hit, motly a miss. a cool idea, well built body work but poorly designed. |
Must be my stupidity,...the top looks awesome. The proportions look great as does the body gap etc. While I agree the rest need work, the top motivates rectum,.....boot style! (yep, kicks A$s)!!!
I bet you hate early Broncos with half tops also???? |

I realized I'm the one who started the "truck" question, but I don't like this yellow one. I like the red one in the KTK photos because you could put it back to stock in a hot minute. All it was, was a short hard top, and a tonneau cover. This yellow thing is PERMENANT.
Hell, even my battery-drive beetle could be converted back to gas power in a weekend. You don't have to cut up everything. _________________ "Unpimp ze auto"
