Hair CLUB for men was to costly, so I'm on my own.
First type 3 was a red 67 square while in college in the mid 70's.
I own a couple type 1's, a type 2, a 181, and just bought a type 3 to add to the stable. Have my eyes on a type 4 in a barn as well!
Still looking to find an unmolested 67 sqaure though. That would bring back some memories! |

Got my first type 3, a 1968 Notchback....brought by a tourist directly from Germany, with a single side draft carb....in 1972, when I was 20. In a small town called Grand Forks B.C.
Have owned several type 3's since...currently have a 63 square(Nutria), a 64 notch, and a 70 fasty. |

Only VW. Had MK1 Ford Cortina GT's before I got bitten by the aircooled bug.
Owned it nearly 9 years but after 1500miles, trans,rust,marriage and kids curtailed activities.
Parts accumulation has begun. Goal is to drive it again for 10th year anniversary of ownership. |
