John Sr. would definitely have a VW. It would have been the first camper! A hollowed out redwood tree, with a wood burning stove. his wheels would be slices of round logs; might have to pull it with his mule...
I"m sure he helped inspire the Westfalia werk company back in the late 1800's!.... Very Happy
