Stiff sidewalls are the important thing, not load rating specifically. |
So what about trailer tires? Would they be appropriate?
Local place is advertising surplus of 14" trailer tires.
Disadvantages? _________________ Where's Garry |

Trailer tires are designed for trailer loads and traction needs, not those of steering, acceleration and braking. They will likely be much too tall for a lowered bus anyway. _________________ nothing |

I agree. The stance is very nice. It looks low enough yet not too low to drive. Would you be willing to take some measurements for reference? Ground up to the center of the dogleg and ground up to the rear fender lip. Please and thank you. |
