BL3Manx I was one of the bidders. I thought I had it but the next thing I knew I was out bid and it was over. I hate E-bay. _________________ Google this.

Ebay auctions don't really start 5 until seconds before they close.
The guy who won the kit is the same guy who found and bought the original artwork on the website. He's a serious collector. He took the picture to Barris, who confirmed it was his original drawing. He said he thought somebody probably stole it from his shop years ago.
Did you see the unstamped gold serial number tag in the kit? That would have paid for the rest of the kit for somebody with a Barris with no tag. |

Ya, I know. I am just to busy to deal with waiting in front of the computer nowadays. I was using "Final bid" the bidding program but they blocked it. _________________ Google this.

Thanks guys for the Barris buggy photos, keep them coming. I also was watching the Barris T press kit on eBay but didn't bid on it. Here's a Sep 1970 Hot Rod with a blue Barris T along with a Empi Imp and a Berry Mini-T. The buggies sure make a nice cover

They had a real scorpion in acrylic, mounted on the dash. |

The issues I already posted are the only ones with articles I'm aware of. You can usually find back issues on ebay. You might have to keep watchhing for a couple months for the issue you need, but they come around. |
