I have emailed a simple solution, either give me a "Definite" date of delivery of the items ( carbs and exhaust ) or a full refund for them. I am now waiting for a reply.

I got a reply, stating that the carbs will be shipped in 10-14 days and a refund for the exhaust pipe. Will just have wait and see.

Hi,
I have read all the posts in this feedback pages.

I've found that all your bad experience become very tiny compared to my story.
I have bought complete turnkey engine, my dream engine, in total amount of 8,500$.
the build time should take 6-8 weeks. Half of the money paid in moment of order.
Few months that I tried to reach him by phones and emails, nothing.
when I reached him, he always said that few parts are misssing, and the shop are way behind schedule and the engine will be ready in 2-3 weeks (4 months after the order).
This bad communication continued until 1.5 year after the order, 19 months. The package finally picked up.

I'm placed in the middle east, very far distance from California. because of that, it wasn't easy to manage it.

Fifth Week... Still Nothing

I've sent again another email and let see what he has to say.
It's really simple if he can't send me the Carburetors, just give me a refund.
So I can get on with my life.

One Month and a half........Messages were read but nothing happens.

Why won't Darren just give me my refund because he can't deliver ?
All Email send were just simply ignored, I really wonder what's happening?

Ranting about this isn't going to anything but maybe the Administrator could once
again, step in.

I received a credit memo from DRD, stating that I should allow for 14-21 days to be completed.
There was some charges that was not included in this memo but I've
pointed that out to him already.

So now I have to wait another 2-3 weeks to see the result. Lets hope for the best.

Another great deal with Darren,

Ordered a L5 top end kit, Scat 1.4 rockers, took a little longer than what sale terms states, but he always answered to my emails.

Hope satana will have is problem sorted out soon.

Will buy again !
