Working on photography artsy fartsy stuff. I took this pic of my "patina'd like all hell" roof rack on my volksrod. Played with it in photoshop so the colors wold go with my Mid Century Modern, 70's psychedelic style vibe home... and had a 24 x 36 poster made (used a cheap walmart frame for now)

I really like this one - it has that Dave Bell look. I was saddened to learn that Dave Bell passed away. Although I have always lived on the opposite coast, his artwork on the Pomona swap meet and car show ads in the back of magazines always made me want to go, and luckily in 1994 I was able to make the pilgrimage.

Let's see more like this. I especially like that an early Scirocco is getting a little ink. Good work!

I'm not sure if you'd call this hack job artwork but it is something that I have been thinking about - making a post-less hardtop by grafting a sedan roof onto a vert body. Maybe someday when I more time and money
