Doesn't CIP1 sell these for 45 dollars a pair? Anyone know the difference?

No they are not the same. I have seen the CIP1 type and they are O.K. They use normal bulbs,with would be fine,you could use them for 6v also. They are Thin all metal and Glass. Only problem is they say Japan on them. The ones posted,I have not seen.
