An old oval guy promised me to give me for free new case(NOS) for 36 hp with no engine number stamped on. He is saying that he has it for 30 years. Also he promised to give me NOS heads never used and new Flywheel Never used together with a lot of other stuff.
What is the story with this case? Were there like spare part case with no number stamped??? _________________ Volkswagens swept the 1963 Tour D'Europe, a 9,320 mile reliability trial around the Mediterranean.

| Yep, it's a Dealer replacement case. I had such a 40HP case once that had a white stamp on top of the block that said KD I believe. But no serial number. |
