Yes, there are a couple Squares and at least one Fastback.

I see you found the thread of another one on the site.

It looks like I didn't post this in this thread but here is a Red-dash Black Fastback I saw at Pomona in 2003:

Unfortunately that appears to be the only photo I took.

I think it was $2800 or so.
I wished I had bought it soon afterward.

Hey folks,
After 5 years lurking, I figured it's time for my first post. My wife and I bought this Squareback in 2007 after finding it in the local classifieds. It was a barn find -- it had been literally sitting in a barn near Belfast, Maine for 20 years. My wife's dad drove a Square when she was a kid, and she got a bit of nostalgia. I was new to air-cooled VWs, but had always dreamed of having a Type 2. This was close enough...and now I'm in love.

We've had it garaged and largely off the road for the past several years as we've moved (several times), lost jobs, started jobs, raised a puppy, had a kid, battled through sleepless nights (thanks, puppy and kid!), etc. This fall I started digging into my Muir book and digging into the car. The Bentley is on order and I'm hoping to do right by this Square.

Nice to meet you all!

Here are some details:
VIN: 366123XXX
Built: Dec. 1965
Int: Pigalle
Ext: Pearl White L87
As far as I can tell, it's totally stock, and I'm planning on more or less leaving it that way while still giving it a good overhaul.

Ha...thanks, Erik! The SB is hibernating for the winter. (I'm not sure I can even get to my garage with all this snow.) I've got plenty of work to do on it come springtime, and will make sure to start a thread to seek out help/advice/etc.

Pigalle for sale in Dallas TX. If it were a square, or had a sunroof, or a bit nicer it would have been in my garage a couple weeks ago. Thought I'd pass it on, since it appead in another thread today. Looks like a fairly good deal

Pigalle square in the classifieds. I asked, it's really a 66 and it's a pigalle. Red column, wheel, and seats

Hmmmm, the internet failed me on that search.

$3000 in weed would be a lot of weed though, like 5 pounds, yeah?
(Yes, I had to internet search values, Winners Don't Use Drugs)
Maybe this is a sting.

I know a little something about reefer and never heard of it referred to as "Bro Cash".......so I checked the trusty Urban Dictionary

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Bro+Cash

Bro Cash

Money. just with Bro infront of it
person 1:Hey can i have some Bro Cash to go buy some shit?
person 2: Hells yeah man have some Bro Cash!
