Well, he does have a few dings, but nothing that a good body shop couldn't fix! Judging by these photos, would anyone know if this is a 411L or 411LE? _________________ current owner of:

Since it s a D-jet it would correspond to a European "LE", the "E" stands for Electronic injection (but those bumper horns were never used in Europe as far as I remember).
Nice car anyhow!

Thanks, Lars! I picked up those bumper overriders a few months ago and added them myself (they weren't on there when I initially purchased the car last year). My 411 still has a ways to go to get it looking exactly how I want it, but at least now I'm able to drive it on a daily basis and it sure is a lot of fun! _________________ current owner of:

It's certainly been well looked after, was originally a white car and painted black by a previous owner, almost 100% weld free with the only bit of welding being on the left hand front inner wing about 1" square, all original interior, loads of history to warrant the genuine 65k miles from new, drives like a dream. |

Hello kgarchivinusa,
Do you have more information about the 3D-box.
Was it expensive?
I also have one and mine comes from England.

unfourtunaly I have no additional information. It is the first time I saw this. The price was ok. I paid 80 Euro.
It is a giant piece of 411 history. _________________ 1958 Ghia Coupe aerosilver/graywhite

Yes it's big. I paid around 45 Euro.
Bought it from England. He saved it over 40 years. His dad worked for a company that worked for VW England.
I want to know this item is typical GB or worldwide.
Maybe one day somebody has the answer?

Hi Ton,
sorry I forgot.
It was 80 EURO including shipping. So 60 only the "thing". It is the actual market price I think.
