We'll be enjoying home made pizza on the grill tonight. I plan to cover mine with venison sausage, mozzarella, and lots of tomato sauce. Hopefully that will set the world back in balance. Laughing

Beverage choice is myriad, so I will have to make that post later tonight.

Last night I made a regular 2 cheese (mozz & parm) & tomato pizza & downed it with a mug of Coors light since I got the beer for my wife. Simple & basic.

Is there room in the fridge for your choice or do you just have to play along?

It's down to the corner bodega for a 24 ouncer for the wife when I make a pizza. I don't really drink beer except when I'm out for a pizza or wings or something like that & will try some beer or pie I never tried. At pies & pints I was wanting a Weasel Boy Scottish Ale, but it wasn't in season yet.

the chic in front of me in the beer department was filling a buggy with Hell or High Watermelon today... i did a mixed 6'r. only drank the Magic Hat Dream Machine IPL. Yes IPL as in india pale lager. Pretty tasty. can't tell you when i've had another magic hat as they fell off my radar but they may be back on it now.

i was in search of Unita Sum'r. bought a 6 of it last summer on an out of towner and have wanted more since.

3 floyds is high on my "want" list to try. actually it just looks like a place i'd like to hang out.....

Probably my favorite local brewery. I am envious of their ability to obtain galaxy hops.

And in the ongoing saga of Russian River making themselves a hard to find "cult" beer, they are no longer bottling Blind Pig (Pliny the Elders, lighter brother) and will be only selling kegs of it to restaurants.

No doubt Pliny is a great beer but there are a LOT of great beers out there that you don't have to know a secret handshake to get.

Just had to vent...
