I got my adventurewagen top by scanning craigslist. Every now and then you see something. For about 3 months there was a 1982 full adventurewagen in central calif for $1500! Nobody wanted it! And it ran good too. Someone could have bought that, grabbed the top, put a pop-top in it's place and re-sold the van for $1000.

in United Kingdon: http://www.timbertechnicians.co.uk/9301/13301.html are a little cheaper.. about $800 and come highly recommended by their customers. Shipping might be problematic as it's by space, not weight. Might be advisable to get several at one time .. might be able to get a better price on toppers too.

Good Luck!

Lloyd

How come no one here in the US does this stuff? Or they just aren't advertising.

Has one made their own high top or seen a home made one? I've been looking for an Adventurewagen top, can't seem to come up with one, and started thinking about making something.
