Okay...

When I start my Thing cold it does well and starts running right away. I may go driving about for awhile and park. When I come back to start it, it is difficult to start.

Ideas?

1} carb dripping past needle and seat
2} carb set incorrectly so it only will run when choked
3} vacuum leak so carb works better when choked
the list goes on..
Give us more information

Define hard to start. Like it cranks but won't run or it won't crank?
