Got this old home made aluminum buggy that is small enough to fit in my 5th wheel toy hauler.

Is that the original TCA Buggy? Bruce used an original early manx body and re-made the TCA buggy in '14.

I don’t remember where I found the picS. It was filmed in Cape Cod. It may be the 1st original, but probably not, since there is only one filler cap.

The 1st original was bought by McQueen, sold to an overseas Manx Dealer, then bought by someone in Hawaii who had it at least into the 90s. That owner kept the original parts but swapped out the nose, windshield, wheels, engine, etc.
Condos built two bodies; one for a spare if something happened to the original during filming. The second body was sold to a guy in Glendale, who made a mold and produced several bodies also. Condos 2nd body was sold to guy a Texas but he fit a four barrel carb instead of 4 one barrels.

So those aren't your pics? Or your cars?

Nice pics regardless, but I think the idea of the thread is to show off your car, your photo skills, or both.

This is mine as I bought it last year... Stopped by a cornfield, not far from home, on a quick ride with my daughter. Happy times.

Cant wait to ride this little bugger with the 2110 that's coming up....

Thanx Clonebug, I'm about half an hour north of Montreal. Lots of fun, uncrowded, winding country roads.

Two very nice rides from our brothers to the north.

I've never seen an offroad treatment on that body style, cwat. Very well done, very cool.
