I just sent in my pre-registration for the show. They are not segregating cars except by water-cooled or air-cooled. However, vehicles that come as a group can stay as a group. www.bugouts.com
Any of you Thing owners want to meet up somewhere so we can arrive and park together? If so, I'll find a place to assemble so we can caravan to the show.

Hey Mark, Sent in my pre reg. sheet also. Just dont know if my car will be driveable by then so I my have to tow that sucker. Either way I will have it at the show so stop by and say hi. Just finishing my car up but so busey at work free time is not easy to come by. Look for raised up 73

The last few BugOuts, all I saw were dumped or stock Things. I will be nice to see a raised one for a change.

Got my ticket in the mail yesterday. Guess the local VW dealership pulled its sponsorship - the dealer's info was blacked out with a magic marker. Oh well, it will still be great!

| I will be there if the weather will be good. But not with my thing, My friends and I will rent a mini-van to all that road from Montreal. So if you see a bunch of french Canadian... it's us!!! |

Any Thingers who wish to arrive at the Bug Out "en masse" can meet in the parking lot of the McDonalds at 9860 Liberia Ave
Manassas, VA 20110 between 7:00 and 7:30am. About 7:30am, we will depart for the Bug Out and follow a simple route to Old Dominion Speedway consisting of pretty much nothing but right turns (like NASCAR, only backwards...)
