|
|
Hi!
Just dropped my bug with drop spindles. Has 155R15 tires. They are rubbing as I make short turns with load. Do you think 145' tires could solve my problem?
Thank you for your help!

Yes, 145's are a popular choice for Bugs with dropped spindles, it should eliminate the rubbing. _________________ 1957 VW Oval Resto Mod |

145's up front with drop spindles and 5inch narrowed beam
165's in the rear. I believe the rear has been lowered by previous owner.

Front is stock smoothies with smart car tires, can't remember the size.
3 inch narrowed adj. beam with 2 1/2 inch drop. Lowered a bit on the beam.
Rear is just sitting on bump stops. 7inch widened German smoothies.
