...a RHD Deluxe is for sale right now, I just saw the add on Barndoor.dk, Tony's site... seems like a lot of work to do, even more than the 'barndoor of the woods' I think !!

...also much worse than the roof section that we recently saw on the rolled Tomtom's deluxe!! this roofclip can't be repaired as far as I can see here!! should be replaced, as well as a lot more stuff... but it SHOULD BE saved!!

...soon in the UK (as it's a RHD...) or over the ocean?

In order to pick it up, you would have to be like an archaeologist prepping dinosaur bones and wrap the whole thing in plaster and have a helicopter air lift it out Wink

No funky green panels necessary. That's what the duct tape, fiberglass sheets, and Bondo are for.

I thought those were used to hold the funky green panels on. Very Happy

Funny thing happened yesterday, I had a discussion of that very topic with 10 Foot Doug The Head. He saw the pics of the Swedish Bus and said it was "wasted". I said if I had a choice between that Bus or a Columbian Bus I'd take the Swedish Bus. The Swedish Bus is horribly rusty but doesn't appear to have dealt with any other significant "issues" in its life. The Columbian Bus looks as though it's had it's ass kicked for the last 53 years and has been smeared with Bondo and patched up too many times to count in that time. Believe it or not, if you blasted both shells I think you'd end up with far less butchery and surprises on the Swedish Bus and you'd probably have the same amount of original metal left on both Buses.
