Just had the pleasure of meeting "Andy" and his assistant, had GRM do a house call on my newly purchased 60 Rag. What a truly professional service, Andy came by and immediately started on the work we agreed upon, fixed all the issues that I had with the bug. Would highly recommend for anyone in the South Bay/OC and in need of a mobile mechanic. Thanks again Andy

i talked to him the other day and he was way out in the valley! Very Happy

now, i am biased because we're family but regardless andy keeps my kafer purrin' like a kitten. he knows his stuff and won't rip you off...

Your right, he does cover an extensive area outisde the OC and South Bay, my mistake. He definetly was great to talk to and made me feel real comfortable in the choice of my future mechanic for things I don't want to mess with. Problem is, with his main competitor closing shop and screwing people, he might get to big!

I will never get to big to have the same customer service that i always do.
Like i said before i work on the car but i work WITH the owner.

And as for traveling( well i will just about go anywhere for the right price)

Andy is always able to tell me whats wrong with my bug, even after my bag expanation of parts and all. Great mechanic!!!

You dont know me from adam but you built my engine when you were at that place (we wont talk about here) . Talked with ya many times during build and after its arrival (also know why Wink

) and the engine you built for me is the greatest!!!!!!!
Wish you could "mobile" over to the east coast.

andy and chris came and put my new steering box and tie rods in. while they were at it they put some ape hangers on my beach cruiser! another fine job by grease monkey racing!

The grease Monkey was at my place for the first time about three months ago and took care of business. He had a system going! He worked on my Lincoln and got it going. After that he jump on my Beetle and got that done in no time and with extra little thing here and there. The Grease Monkey and Chris did a great job at a reasonable rate. I'll recommend him to everybody. I will setup another appointment with him so he can take a look at my Benz.

I call The Grease Monkey about two months ago with some mechanical questions and help me out over the phone. I email him picturesof the problem and call me right back with all the answers.

Grease Monkey to the rescue! (Again).

That Monkey came to my house last month and work on my Beetle. Found the problem and took care of it. Also, work on the convertible top of my Benz and fix the adjustment of it. I'm telling you, That Monkey really know his stuff. He can do it all. Not only VW's but he can work on anything!

I had bad set up with my carbs i gave Andy a call and he came right away and he got my baby on the road again.
so if you dont have time to your car to a shop then just pick up your phone and call him.
and he will take care of you.

Andy has been in the VW community for a long time I must say he is the first guy to run over to your car when you break down even if he does not know you. I have seen him do it time and time again he will get you up and running. So if you’re stuck and can’t get to a shop or just don’t have the time call him.
